| How long will it take to receive my order? It takes approximately three days at the factory to process the order and pack it ready for shipment. Shipments are by UPS and should arrive within two weeks after shipment. Are your products guaranteed? We are very proud to offer 100% satisfaction. Full disclosure is covered on our Guarantee Page. Can I order and pay by check or money order instead of Visa, MasterCard or Discover Card? You may Email us at sandslf@aol.com and give us the items you wish to order. Be sure to give a telephone number for us to call with your total order and instructions for completing your order. An envelope will be sent to you for payment directly to the Company. You may also call us at 800.254.2289 to place an order or fax your order to 520.298.4420. If staff is in the office, the order will be taken directly by telephone. You will be given the amount due and an envelope will be sent to you. Telephones are not manned 24 hours a day; therefore, you may need to leave a message. Please be sure to speak slowly and give enough information so that we can get back with you. For your safety, if paying by money order, please purchase a POSTAL MONEY ORDER for the amount due.
