1) How much does it cost me to join?

Membership is FREE.

2) The Agreement to sign up says Consultant. Do I have to become a Consultant and sell or recruit others?

No. When you sign up for INKbrary you can choose how much you want to participate in the company benefits. You have many options. For example:

? Choose to purchase only your own ink when you need it at a discount or wholesale price.
? Combine your order with your family or friends to realize the most savings.
? Choose to purchase other items “for yourself” at discounted prices under Option A (50% off jewelry items and 35% off all other items).
? Choose to invite your family, friends, and acquaintances to join INKbrary as a member and purchase their own ink at discount or wholesale prices. (They would than be able to chose how they want to participate.) You will receive commission on their sales.
? Choose to enter the Party Plan portion of our company and realize extra income each month.

3) If I use the INKbrary brand of ink, will it void the warranty on my equipment?

You can use ANY brand of ink in your equipment and it WILL NOT void the warranty. There is a law against companies that do this.

4) Just how good is the ink?

The company does not release a product until they can meet or exceed the performance of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). As the company ONLY deals with ink, they have a better quality of ink than you will find in the original ink cartridges. The company stands behind their product 100% and if you are told that your equipment failed because you used our ink, the company will send someone out to check your equipment. If it is found that indeed our ink is the problem, the company will replace your printer. To-date they have only replaced one printer which is far lower than the OEMs manufacturing and selling ink.

5) Can I recycle the empty cartridges and earn money from them?

Yes, when you send your empty cartridges back to the company (we give you a free label and free return shipping) you will receive a credit that can be used on future purchases of ink.

About 50% of used cartridges end up in the landfills. You can collect some of these from your family and friends that do not currently recycle cartridges and receive credit on YOUR account.

6) How many cartridges do I need to purchase to receive them at wholesale?

With the purchase of 5 or more cartridges you will receive the wholesale pricing. However, if you order just one (1) more (six [6] total), you will receive free shipping on your order. (When you place your order you can mix the cartridges. For example: One [1 ] of this, two [2] of that, and two [2] of another cartridge.)

7) If I choose to recruit other members or take advantage of building a business, when and how do I get paid?

First of all, congratulations on seeing the potential of this opportunity!

You will receive party plan commission when you send in the party order. You will “keep out” your commission when you send payment for the party to the company.

You will receive commission on the sales of those you recruited once a month about the 2nd week of the following month.

8) How can I get a web site like yours?

As soon as you sign up as a member with INKbrary the company will set up your own web site. This can take a day or two depending upon the number signing up each day.

Your web site will have ALL of the company’s merchandise on the web site. You can send people to your web site through the use of email, business cards or word of mouth. If they choose to purchase other merchandise in addition to the ink, that just gives you more commission.

9) Can non-profit organizations become a member to purchase their ink at wholesale?

Definitely! In fact, this is a great fund raiser idea for charity groups. They sign up as a member and purchase their ink at wholesale and than they offer the discount/wholesale ink to their office staff and groups or individuals supporting their organization.

Go to www.richmont.net/thehaven to see just such a group. The Haven has twenty (20) printers in their offices and when I did a survey of our cost of ink to them, they said our ink is $2 to $11 cheaper for a cartridge than what they are currently spending on ink. Seven of the office workers are already planning on signing up as members. Whenever they purchase ink, The Haven will realize a bonus commission.

They will also be able to recycle empty ink cartridges from their own use as well as those supporting them. This will give them credit towards the purchase of their own ink and put the final cost even lower.

10) What happens if I sign up and decide I don’t like the ink?

If you have not placed an order within one (1) year, your membership will be put in inactive status.

11) Do I have to place an order every month?

If you have signed up and only want to purchase your own ink for the savings, there is no monthly quota. You can choose to purchase a three (3) or four (4) month supply at once and not order again for several months.

If you have chosen to recruit other members, you will want to review the group sales each month. If you have members down line that have purchased, you may want to put an order in that month so that you will receive your commission. We will help you watch this. When you have a large down line, you will want to place an order of at least $100 to ensure your commission.
