Key#5: Give Great Customer Service

Great customer service builds your business with repeat sales!

1. People don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care—about them! Show them by doing the LITTLE things that make a BIG DIFFERENCE!  
2. Learn and meet your customer’s needs! (Show them the benefits of our products and business!)
3. Use “Thank You and “Thank you for your order” Stickers on everything. The “Thank You” jumps off the page and gets noticed. It makes an impact! It says you care!
4. Let them know they are appreciated. People like to do business with companies that appreciate them and show it with little extras. Use stickers and little gifts with their orders.
5. Follow up with your customers. Use Postcards to send notes of “Thanks,” “Appreciation,” or just to tell them they are “Special.” Recognize birthdays too!
6. Just “Do it” on a regular basis and watch your business grow!
