Where Should You Start?
Don't "wait until you know everything" to start your business! If you wait to know everything you won't start, because you will NEVER know everything! I am still learning and I have worked the business since 1988. That's what is so great about your own business--you can learn as you go!
1) Your first concern should be to "start making money!" You make money by having Parties and becoming a Team Leader.
     Talk with your friends and family and ask at least 3 to
help you get your business started by having a "small" Party for you and at least 3 to have a "big" Party. If they can choose which to have for you, they will be more eager to help you. (A small Party is at least $300 in retail sales and a big Party is at least $500.) Of course, a $200 Party is the smallest Party we can turn in; but, if they have $300 in retail sales, they will receive $100 in free merchandise. This is very impressive!
     Set these Parties up
within a two week period so you get practice and begin to feel comfortable. You will also start getting some good commission checks if you have 5 or 6 Parties within a two week period.
2)  Look over your kit and decide how you want to display it. If you put boxes under some of the items to set them higher and drap a cloth over the boxes, you will have a very pleasing display no matter how you set it up.
3)  For A script or outline for your Party click here.
4)  Your main responsibility is to give $100 to $200 shopping sprees to friends, family members, and acquaintenances!
     You do this by helping each Hostess to have at least a $300 party with 3 qualified bookings.
     The Hostess will receive $100 in free merchandise from her party; AND $100 in free merchandise when all 3 bookings are held and qualify!
5)  Share this awesome opportunity with everyone. If you truly believe you are with a "great Company," then you will want everyone you know to become successfully involved with you.
6)  Continue to hold your own Parties as this will be your "immediate" income. We are paid weekly!
7)  Continue to grow your Team as this is your future income. As your Team grows, so does your bonus override. The more successful people you develop, the more income you will receive.
8)  Report your sales to your Manager the last week of the month.
9)  Enjoy your business and teach everyone else to enjoy their business.
10)  Have fun.
